you may hang out naked with your buddies, in a sauna

1-) Cleaning the house before the housekeeper arrives.
Because Turks feel like, welcoming someone when your house is dirty is something to be ashamed of, it is disrespectful. So even if Turks call a housekeeper to ask him/her clean their house, they clean their houses partly, before housekeepers.
2-) Watching heavy equipment (work machines), and construction are our national hobbies. We love it so much.
Turks like watching heavy equipment/work machines while they are working more than any movie.
3-) Argue or even fight to pay bills in restaurants.
After eating their meals, every Turk feels like they need to pay the bill. And they start a battle to pay the bill. They really insist on each other. Sometimes, it can cause serious problems.

土耳其:
1.土耳其人会在保洁来之前先把房子打扫一边。

I still find some things are different in Germany than the rest of the world, but normal for citizens:
Church Tax ( German Kirchensteuer) - The salaried employees who follow the christian religion (also Jewish I heard) need to contribute 8–9% of their annual income tax towards the church tax officially. This tax also exists in neighboring countries like Switzerland, Austria etc.
Licence fee (German Rundfunkbeitrag ) - The residents need to pay 17.50 per month as a licence fee that covers all public service programs on all distributive TV and radio channels.
Driving license (German Führerschein) is an expensive affair - On an average, people spent around 1500 to 2200 on driving license depending on their skills, instructor, city they stay, language of the exam. Check Sandeep K's answer to Why is it so difficult to get a German driving license?

Monastic brewery (German Klosterbrauerei) - Yes, you read right, there are some breweries in Germany run by monks.

There are still thousands of tons of unexploded left over from WW II bombs in Germany - evacuating cities after discovering bombs during reconstruction is normal thing here.
Punks, alcoholists gathering near the main train station or city center is common sight

There is government department called “office of order” (German Ordnungsamt) - They will be in civil dress around you and if you are unlucky to throw some trash on the road in front of them, they will definitely going to fine you. It happened to my friend, who thrown cigarette on pedestrian street. And to a shopkeeper who was trying to crack a coconut on pedestrian street outside his shop.
Germans respect the resources and food and will try to finish everything on their plate - Some restaurants may fine you for wasting food. It is common practice here to get the extra food packed for home.
Drinking beer for breakfast - with white sausage, especially in Bavaria.
In my last company, we had Beer vending machine (German Bier-Automat) on the shop-floor - People enjoy beer at the end of work (German Feierabendbier)
Looking into the drinking buddies eyes while making a toast (German Prost) - to avoid seven years of bad sex (of course superstition!)

People don’t jump a red traffic light even if there is no one in sight. Also no jaywalking because they are afraid that insurance will not pay their hospitalization.
Sometimes people loose temper/patience - because of poor service or product quality, or someone driving too slow in front of them, or when someone not punctual, or when things don’t work out in their way. Then they starts complaining. It may not be a great deal for foreigners.
There are N number of compulsory insurances - health, employment, pension. Apart from that people go for other types of insurances as well like lawyer, liability, lost-keys,…
No speed limit on some part of Autobahn (Highway) - what a luxury! It is still safe because people respect traffic discipline.

17.德国高速公路的某些路段没有限速——真是不可思议!但它仍然是安全的,因为人们遵守交通纪律。
18.在德国,提前祝别人“生日快乐”被认为是不详的话语——这就好像被祝福者活不到生日来临的那一天一样。

Sharing the restaurant bill - even though you are invited e.g. on birthday is a quite normal thing here.
Sometimes “thank you” (German Danke) means “No” while please (German bitte) is universal word for please, you are welcome, go ahead, pardon? One more universal word “tja”
Public nudity is common in sauna, public baths, beaches,…
State pays extra stipend to differently abled residents to have intercourse.

Free schooling, higher education - the benefit is offered equally to residents as well as to the foreigners..
Schooling is compulsory by law - If a child is not attending the school, then the local police will start looking for the child. Without special permission during school time, the police at the airport will not allow a child to board on the plane to a foreign land.
