This answer is pretty misleading. Most of these businesses hire girls who are over 18 to act and dress like High school girls. They are not actual high school girls because it’s blatantly illegal to hire those below 18.
That being said, I do agree that there is a certain level of middle aged men’s obsession with JKs.
