India is the worst country I have been too and I have visited thirty countries. I have been here for three monthts now and am excited to leave. Here is a list from my diary of the things I couldn’t stand:
The Indians stare all the time. Yes, I am blond, but if you think this is the same in other countries then I can tell you definitely no, it’s not. In Burma, Boliva, Malaysia - no where else do people stare at me like in India.
It’s dirty. Everyone who has been to any other country, except maybe the neighbouring Pakistan and Bangladesh, knows this.
There are power cuts regularly. And no wonder - the power cables hang around all over the streets so low that you walk in to them.
There is no variety in the food. Always the same: thali, dal fry, momo and a couple of other once I can’t eat because they’re too spicy.

No real grocery stores with any real sextion of items. In a grocery store in Europe you would find twenty types of müsli. In India you will find twenty items total.
In restaurants and hotels I am not left alone but the waiters and workers keep coming up all the time. They think they’re really nice but they are so annoying.
So damn conservative. Women are subjegated. People even swim with their clothes on in Goa. In other places they don’t swim at all. Hello, it’s the 21 century, get some swimming clothes!
When indian people stand in line, they don’t leave space to the person in front of them, they hang over their neck, stand by the counter and stare, breathe disgusting air at the person in front of them.
India is way to religious and superstitious. People don’t care to improv society because they believe it depends on the planets or karma. Even the politicians believe this.

Most poluted country and needless to say you can’t drink the water.
Indians are loud every where they go. Even in the corridor at the hotel at night they don’t stay in their room but in the corridor screaming and shouting. Often times they try to open my door for some incomprehensible reason.
Indians don’t even leave you alone on the street. “Taxi, taxi, taxi”, they come running after you or want a selfie or ask “where are you from?” Yeah, that’s fine to ask, but it doesn’t exactly give me anything to answer that twelve times a day to a stranger.
I’m not trying to be mean, I just want ot give constructive criticism.. haha… And if I’m mean, yeah, you kind of deserv it too. Yeah, you guessed it - I’m not coming back.
Anything positive? Fine, it’s beautiful. But the culture and the people - nah…

Absolutely, india is the worst country to live in and has no hope to develop in the future there are so many reasons for this:
1)Corruption is at its all time high, rich become richer poor become poorer.
2) The people are interested more in praising the country’s past achievements rather than acknowledging the present condition. I mean how does the invention of zero solve poverty crisis or even help us deal with this pandemic.
3) The politicians are apathetic and only want to extort more and more money from the public.
4) Even the government doesn’t care about the current pandemic and is rather focused on appeasing the public by allowing stupid activities like kumbh mela.
5)The right to privacy literally doesn’t exist, you could be arrested for posting anything against the government or any politician for that matter( the reason i am anonymous is out of fear). The government completely controls and monitors people’s social media activity.
6)Every single official is corrupt to the core( an example: i had to pay a bribe of 12000 to the university official just to get my own transcxts(something which is my right))
7) Non existent medical care and lack of empathy for mental illness.
8)Many People actually worship the politicians and also celebrities and are ready lynch and murder each other in order to defend their leaders.
I could go on and on and still have more reasons.

I kinda have to agree... The thing is I love the festivals and culture... The problem is our older generation have lost reasoning and send us to schools to study engineering and doctor. Women here have unfair advantages in society that makes society think they are leading impossibly hard lives…Male gender is never trusted and are always under constant suspicion. Society hates boys who are between 18 and 27 years of age. They always believe they are up-to no good. Gender discrimination for men is on the rise because of the horrible sex ratio in India leading to dirty competition in girls…. they can cheat boys and easily get away with it.... Population is the worst. It appears like as though it's giving more employment opportunities but in reality it's making life worser. We are all wired in our genes to overtake the other person who is above us and not accept the whole community as one family. Fighting,lack of resources are plaguing this hell of a country. Since I've been routinely brought up here, it's very difficult to leave and at the same time depressing to stay in India. Politicians are hoarding money and enjoying troubling middle class families with threats. This is the worst. I want to live and when I die remember what only I did... Not what India means to me. Given a choice, New Zealand is the best place because of its simplicity, honesty and a well behaved society and most importantly no population problem.
If anyone hates this cynical answer, dexe it….I don't care..... But... Remember I'm not the only one feeling like this…so don't think once my answer is dexed, it's done and dusted.

i can give countless reasons for why the india is a nightmare nothing else but I think it will take me years to write about this nightmare and it's characteristics. If you are not born in india consider yourself lucky and enjoy the life.

India is indeed one of the worst countries in the world. I am totally ashamed to be an Indian. You know how much creative ideas I have? I really want to express and pursue my passion but soon I realized the truth that as long as I am in this country I can't show my creativity. They just tell us to study subjects I am not interested in. And moreover it is useless too. Indians who have creative ideas commit suicide because of the fact that they got less marks in school(for subjects having no connection with their creativity). Why is india doing this to them? Why are they destroying their creative ideas? Such a trash country this is. Therefore I call India a killer country. I have the rage to destroy this country which messes with my creativity. You know, even i almost committed suicide for that same reason. This is not the end…there are tons of reasons why i hate this country.

If you are true Indian patriot let me ask you a question of importance : If someone offers you a big house and luxurious car in one of the most beautiful and peaceful places in the world, would you leave India and go behind these things or would you stay in India like a true patriot?
If you are a true patriot then you WON'T go behind these luxuries. And i know all Indians would go after them, because on one hand they say they truly love and respect their country and on the other hand when they are offered these luxuries they go after them. What kind of patriotism is this? Remember that if you come across an Indian claiming he is a true patriot then he is just lying in order to maintain formality…because we know he will always choose luxury

Remember that if you come across an Indian claiming he is a true patriot then he is just lying in order to maintain formality…because we know he will always choose luxury

So this girl, herself sent sexually loaded messages to a friend of her to seduce him. The friend treated her like a sister and so he blocked her and this hurted the ego of this girl and she accused him of molestation. I just don’t understand if the life of men in India is so cheap that any B can simply destroy it over one fake allegation cause she can’t control her ego? Why isn’t people like her in Jail? You dared to destroy a guy’s life over nothing? How is this not treating as equal to molesting him??

Now on 30th April 2021, I can truly say that India is the worst country to live in. The primary reason for it is the incapability of the government to take mature and responsible decisions at the right time. Amidst the covid pandemic has any government in the world partitioned the vaccine distribution bringing different slabs of prices . I am not a BJP hater or a congress lover. I am just a normal citizen of India who pay taxes. I have no political ideology. I stand in the ideology of survival. In no country, there is been an oxygen scarcity than faced by India today. The Modi government has been utter failure from the beginning. I don’t care about the gigantic scams that the government has done so far. The issue I bring up are the issue that affect he common people and the middle class and lower class of the society. First the demonetisation of 1000 and 500 rupee notes. It was aimed for black market and the so called hawala. But the greatest victims were the common lads who work for their daily wages. From misery to deep misery the modi government downgraded the lives of the people of India. They struck the farmers with the next arrow. The 3 bills passed the parliament, the agriculture bills which affected the petty farmers, in na country where more than 70 % of occupation holds in agriculture, the modi government struck there. Again pooling the way for the multinational companies to grow and petty farmers to rotten.

After all this is not the important issue. Right now the most important issue is the COVID. India was lower down the table before the second wave of covid hit. Prime Minister Narendra Modi told that within 21 days corona virus will be eradicated from India. Its been close to one and a half year. We are at the beginning of the second stage. Rather than vaccination the population of Indian Citizens the government focused of the export of vaccines and making money out of it. When people were dying without oxygen in hospitals at Delhi the police official and BJP workers conducted Pooja and “aashrvaad” for the oxygen tanks which is destined to save live in Delhi. I feel pitty for these acts.
Some may criticise me that I am a congress person and against the BJP. I am not. I am a common citizen from Kerala. I write this post because I feel disturbed of all the acts that is happening in my country. I feel disturbed because the country which I felt as “my country” is no more. This land has lost its soul.

Well here most people have probably hid the dark sides of our country which will support and lead to conclusion that India Is truly worst , e.g. the rape cases of infants , do you think such a disgraceful act should really be neglected ? A woman or a girl infant is treated as an obxt of pleasure and guys here speak of achievement of Kalpana Chawla and Indira Gandhi?! This country doesnt deserve to boast around on achievement of women coz they are not taught to respect women at home itself. All achievements are in vain for India after recent rape cases of girl infants. Even Animal brutality is at it's peak. Really sad and infamous era in India now, not proud to be an Indian.

Repairing road and just behind them municipality digging the road in name of water supply and drainage, a great business deal between contractor and municipality officers and members, “repair it destroys it, and pass the bill get commission”.
I should wait for almost an entire day in the office because most of the govt officers got jobs by influence and reservation who are not capable to handle the job.
I am traveling 500 miles, police stop my car 100 times for ₹.
If the briber gets ₹ by you the documents will be 100% right, if I refuse to pay to the briber they say the document needs correction or need more documents.
Policemen not taking complaint from people, if the suspect is Rich, Rowdy, politicians, or who paid first they will get released.

Yes india is one of the most worst country in the world. It shames me to say that I am an Indian. Nobody in this country tries to ever do anything good because of corrupt politicians. This is one of the major reason India lacks in educated people. Life goes worst for the so-called “Middle Class/Service Class", Now this class totally depends on their salary every month and if wanted people save but sometimes due to climbing the corporate ladder people become corrupted and push others so they can move forward, this is called “Corporate Corruption". Also what is this thing in India where no jobs are offered? Like is this a joke??? Mostly all Indians belong to service/middle class and without jobs nothing is possible for them no matter how much they save it is never enough, there is always a fear of tomorrow. Also new thing, people scam for jobs, like they ask money and innocent people give and incase they are unlucky they sometimes give large amount without knowing that they got tricked and lost their money. I live in the disputed region of North India. Yes I am a Kashmiri and I am delighted to tell you that I am currently on a 2G network. LOL.
Without any doubt and being at least more educated than half of the popularion of this country, I can assure you that the Government is literally slaughtering common people here having no lixs with terrorism at all.
Well all of this is surely going to end the good way or the bad way. The good way is that the government will change in the next elections and some qualified person will run the country. The bad way is that slowly people from all the walks of life will be fed up being dictated to beat utensils on their rooftops and demand a change by force.
Coming back to the topic. India is the worst country you can live in every possible aspect and it is not possible to mention every single one of those. You will be beaten up one day for a pathetic reason because people living in this country are not humans, they are goons backed up by leaders who sing the songs of past glory. Grow up folks. As an Indian, yes. the thinking of most of the people here is absolutely disgusting. The surroundings and the cleanness is absolutely shit. You can absolutely never feel comfortable here. I have been continuously attacked with cat calls, the dirty or judgemental looks. Once again thoughts of almost all of the men here is absolutely disgusting. Police in most places is shit. I have heard AND witnessed cases in which someone would go to the police for filing a FIR for rape or assault and the police laughs and trolls the person. They put restrictions on girls to not go out at night after even 8 o clock, not wear anything even a bit revealing do not talk to guys do not even LOOK at them. Me and a lot of people I know are absolutely tired of this disgusting country and it's people. It's homophobic, sexist, rasict nature. And i can't wait to get out of here.
