This is also the habbit that you need to clear any exam, because you have to read and read. It helps you to develop your thoughts process. This is the easiest and hardest task. How: when you read something, only 2 things will be needed your senses(include mostly eyes) and brain.
You need senses because they help you to read that what is actually written and send all the written message to the brain. All the processing of that message will happen in the brain. That message will be decrypted and the hidden message will be stored in your mind and next time, when you need it, you can use it and you became so called intelligent.
Question arises what actually happened in mind which made you intelligent?
So the answer of this question is that when the message reach to your brain, your brain simply starts imagining yourself in the real situation in most of the cases. There's no human being that was born without a brain. If you don't have a brain, you'll not have read this far. If you have a brain, it means you have some degree of intelligence in you. It can only get better with regular use. Thinking you're not intelligent (based on the result you're getting) does not mean you are not. The level of your result or grade in school or in life is a measure or a reflection of how well you've put your brain to use.
