Ummm why are people arguing about whether this guy is Indian or not? These sort of incidents are commonplace in all Indian metros. I have lived in Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi, and most women (including me) have had numerous uncomfortable situations with men like these.
We have 1.4 billion people, and have all kinds of people. Just because you don't do this, doesn't mean India or no Indians does this. And this is not creating a bad image of India. If we do not point out the negatives, the country will never change. As citizens, we have to call out whats wrong with the country, so that we can bring change.
